"Order was wrong again"
I ordered from cottageinn.com last night after a friend recommended giving them another try, and the food actually got here quickly, which was nice.
Unfortunately, the order was off again. I asked for no onions on one pizza, but it still had onions, and I paid for extra cheese on another pizza but could barely tell it was there. They also forgot the dipping sauce.
The food tasted fine overall, but the accuracy really needs to be better. It’s frustrating when you pay extra for something and don’t really get it

"Ordering was easy enough, thankfully"
I ordered pizza through cottageinn.com and, i was kind of expecting some annoying issue to pop up like it usually does with online ordering. But it was simple enough, checkout didn’t give me any problems, and the food actually showed up right on time. Nothing really to complain about, which is rare. I’d probably use it again.

"Really nice customer service"
Had a little mix-up with my order, so I called and the person I talked to was so nice about it. They fixed it quickly and didn’t make it awkward or turn it into a whole thing, which I really appreciated. The food still showed up hot too, so... yeah. Just really good customer service. I’d definitely order again.

The food showed up hot and actually tasted good, which was a relief because I was hungry and not in the mood to wait forever for something disappointing. Prices seemed fair too. I’d order from them again.

"Stopped by Cottage Inn the place was super..."
Stopped by Cottage Inn the place was super clean, which I always notice right away 🙂 The tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and it just felt nice to hang out for a bit. The vibe was calm and friendly too, not loud or rushed at all. It made ordering feel really easy. I’d definitely come back again!
